Eating for the Season: Fall

I keep telling you to eat local, fresh, in season foods and I mean it. So I thought I would give you a little more direction and some ideas on how to do that. We are about to head into fall. One of the best times of year… let’s be real. All things pumpkin spice… it really doesn’t get any better. Who knew though, there are lots of other things in season.

Head down to your local farmer’s market and pick up some of these fruits and veggies:
