If you plan ahead for simple meals at the beginning of the week you should not be going to the store more than once (unless a dozen eggs is dropped on the floor when you are not looking). Planning ahead will keep you from spending time spinning your wheels Wednesday afternoon coming up with dinner.

If you don’t want to cook you either have to buy processed junk at the grocery store or eat out where they use rancid oils and low quality foods. Let’s just accept it… and get in the kitchen.
